My Story
Niccol Gordon is a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and business leader with a BSBM, MBA, D.Min, PhD in Philosophy with a concentration in Organizational Leadership, Licensed Real Estate Agent and Certified Notary. She owns and operates a trucking logistics company, real estate marketing company, a thriving high-demand skincare line and she is a published best selling author. She is on a part of the LIBOR, NYS Chamber of Commerce, NAR and REALTOR
Niccol finds the time to runs two nonprofit organizations - Community Transitional Services for Outreach and Development and The Community Hope Foundation which built its notariety during the Global Covid-19 Pandemic concentrating 100% on serving the NYC street homeless as well as giving birth to Promise Nest which picks up, accepts no questions asked drop-off's and rescues abandoned infants up to 30 days old - focused on empowering her communities, Known for her values and integrity, empathy, and fairness, Niccol is passionate about helping others discover and pursue their dreams.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Niccol is a devoted wife, mother of 2, and a dog lover who balances family and career with purpose and joy. I'm on IG @NiccolGordon

My passion is helping people, Black-owned and all small businesses. I enjoy advocating through initiatives like Community Transitional Services for Outreach and Development (CTSOD), The Community Hope Foundation (CHF), Promise Nest and my local Community board. I aim to foster positive, lasting impact, driven by integrity, empathy, and a passion for uplifting those I serve.
